Most notably, Ira was awarded the Andre Simon Bronze Medal from the International Wine & Food Society, highlighting his work, mentorship, and extraordinary contributions to the IWFS in every capacity, and noting how he spearheaded fundraising and negotiated scholarships for students in need with renowned culinary programs.
