He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Moore and Sarah Moore (Hardy); and his wife Donna Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Sechrist of Wellsville and William L. Moore of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Charles Moore, Kimberly Smith and Jessica Kinley; and his great grandchildren, Emily Smith, Ivory Kinley, Desarae Moore, Dylan Latsha and Damien Moore.
