He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Foote. He is survived by: his wife Harriet; and his children, Vicky Billings (Brian) of Wellsville, Alan (Debbie) of Wellsville, Chris (Lorie) of Hartsville and Stephen (Christine) of Macedon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
