Barney (Wellsville, New York), born in Wellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Barney and Marian E. Foster Barney; and his siblings, Janet Ruth Barney and David H. Barney. He is survived by: his brothers, Wallace Barney (Connie) of Andover, William Barney (Cheryl) of Wellsville and Lavant Barney (Carol) of Wellsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
