Virginia M. Payne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2018, at the age of 92, Virginia M. Payne (Wellsville, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, German Liesegang and Henry Liesegang; her sons, Daniel and Gary; her grandson David; and her brother Walter Liesegang.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Robert Payne; her sister Arlouine Straussner of Wellsville; her sons, Dale "Skip" (Barb) of Largo, David "Babe" Payne of Wellsville and Doug Payne (Holly) of Brockport; her daughter-in-law Andrea Payne of Wellsville; and also Rose Weihonig Liesegang. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
