She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gene Tarr and Debra Kline Tarr; her husband Ray; her mother-in-law Sharon Wardner; her daughter Courtney Barnes; her stepchildren, Emily Little, Renee and Andrew Fanton; and her siblings, Jason Tarr, Buffy Gardner Jr. (Leon) and Kelly Snyder. She was also cherished by several sisters and brothers in law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
