She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Fagan and Madeline Fagan (Padden); her siblings, John Fagan, Helen LeBere, Mary Fagan and Brenda Fagan; and her brother-in-law Clifford "Cliff" Baham.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Tom Slavin; her siblings, Frances Baham of Fairport, NY and David Fagan of Scio, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Fagan of Concord, NC and Lorne LeBere. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
