She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Horton and Rose Chapman Horton; her spouse Francis L. "Buck" Halsey; her daughter Mary Elizabeth Halsey; her son-in-law Gary Ingalls; her grandsons, Kevin M. Ingalls and Steven R. Ingalls; and her brother Richard Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ingalls of Wellsville, Gerald "Gary" Halsey of Wellsville and Deborah Mackney (Walt) of Andover; her grandchildren, Jody Vannatter (Mike), Gary Halsey, Mindy Halsey, Corwin Mackney and Amanda Mackney Thompson; and her brother Lawrence Horton (Grace) of Wellsville.
