He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Martin Wesche; his nephews, Matthew Culbert and Roger Paul Culbert; and his former wife Betsy Graham. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie C. Allen (Teresa Love) of Stuttgart and Maureen Hillen (Paul) of Oaklyn, NJ; his grandchildren, Lucas Dwyer-Allen, Benjamin, Jackson and Claire Hillen; and his siblings, Marcella Culbert (Roger) of Fillmore, Marilyn Wesche of Florida, Agnes Allen of Hornell, Dwight Allen (Gail) of Wellsville, James Allen (Patti Ann) of Cumming, GA, Kevin Allen (Debbie) of Avon and Gregory Allen (Laura) of Apex, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
