He is survived by: his parents, David L. Chase (Chris) and Diana M. Chase (Kazanjian); his daughters, Dahlia and Nikki Chase; and his siblings, Gage Watkins, Aaron Watkins (Laurie), Vanessa Thompson (Noah), David Chase Jr., Matt Chase and Catrina Maynard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
