It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Black of Wellsville, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Orlando and Marguerite Carr Black; his wife Edith M. Skiver; and his brothers, Kenneth Carr Black, Norman Edward Black, Neil Orlando Black and Robert Lyle Black.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard W. Black (Jeanne) of Greenbush, VA and James A. Black (Lillia) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Brian Black (Nancy) of Andover, Corey Black (April) of Eden, MD, Jeffrey Black of Newport News, VA and Nicole Black of Austin, TX; and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Brandon, Tianna, Lucas and Kali. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
