He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Northway and Doris Thompson (Morse); his wife Patricia Cronk; his children, Margo Scofield of Harpursville, Linda McHugh of Syracuse, Susan Kusche (James) of Weedsport, Robert Thompson (Belinda) of Scio and James Thompson of Tully; his brother Rolland Thompson (Patricia) of Hornell; his grandchildren, Caitlin McHugh, Maura McHugh, Micaela Patchin, Madison Patchin, Kristen Thompson, Garrett Thompson, Victoria Thompson, Nora Thompson and Lawson Ector; and his son-in-law Christopher McHugh. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
