We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 90, Mildred R. Hannigan of Wellsville, New York, born in Genesee, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Bartlett and Mildred H. Bartlett; her husband Lawrence Hannigan; and her siblings, Roger Bartlett, Richard O. Bartlett, Roberta Corcoran and Barbara Bartlett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lucinda, Cheryl and Kim; her son-in-law Rich Lilley; her grandsons, Duncan Lilley and Conor Lilley; and her brothers, Raymond Bartlett and Ronald Bartlett (Lori). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
