She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Fagan and Madeline Fagan (Padden) of Wellsville, NY.; her siblings, John Fagan and Brenda Fagan; and her brother-in-law Clifford "Cliff" Baham.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen LeBere (Lorne), Frances Baham of Fairport, NY, Suzanne "Suzie" Fagan of Wellsville, NY and David Fagan of Scio, NY; and her sister-in-law Sandy Fagan of Concord, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
