She was predeceased by: her parents, Orla Baker and Margaret Baker (Wilcox); her husband Robert L. Polmateer; her siblings, Robert Baker (Dolores), Donald Baker (Joan) and Joanne McKibben (Howard); her friend Oliver Marzolf; and her great grandchild Andee Elaine Havens.
She is survived by: her children, Dale R. Polmateer (Patty) of Arnold, Thomas L. Polmateer (Cathy) of Madison, David F. Polmateer (Teri) of Glendale, Ariz, Teresa E. Uganski (Gerald) of Wellsville, Elizabeth A. Weber (Brian) of Andover and Mary Jo Mollerud (Andrew) of Tampa, Fla.; her grandchildren, Timothy Polmateer (Ashley), Dana Rost (Dave), Jenee Field (Alex), Nikki Havens (Andrew), Brian Weber, Douglas Weber (Jessica), Erin Fuller (Jeremy), Ronnie Ambrose (Samantha), Heather Chiasson (Derrick Marlow), Shawna Tomlinson (Arron) and Jasmine Polmateer; her great grandchildren, Camden Rost, Emmerson Rost, Aubrey Field, Scarlett Field, Killian Groom, Greyson Havens, Anderson Havens, Aidan Weber, Ryan Carson (Olivia), Michaela Weber, Penelope Weber, Davien Marlow, Haylyn Marlow, Brett Fuller, Eve Polmateer, Theodore Polmateer, Eve Ambrose and Porter Nutt; and her great great grandchildren, Samuel Carson and William Carson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
