Benedict of Wellsville, New York, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore J. Geffers and Ruth Brandes Geffers; her husband Blaine Benedict; and her siblings, E. Forrest Geffers, Dale C. Geffers, Donald T. Geffers and Betty Jean Geffers.
She is survived by: her sons, James Alan Benedict (Terry) of New Bern, NC and Blaine David Benedict (Linda) of Ellenton, FL; her grandchildren, Joshua David Benedict (Jessica), Glen James Benedict, Aaron Steven Benedict (Dana), Shana Gail Johnson (Ryan) and Jamie Sharpe (Chandler); and her sisters, Nancy Schaefer (Glenn) of Redding, CA, Joanne Wilkins of Wellsville and Janet Pearse (Robert) of Fort Mill, SC. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
