She was predeceased by: her stepmother Eva Allen; her sister Bonnie Wheeler (Allen); her stepbrother Robert Eck; her siblings-in-law, Marcella Allen and Harry Carney; and her great grandchild Salvatore Fanelli.

She is survived by: her husband Lester V. Cline; her children, Thomas Cline (Patricia), Kenneth Cline (Teresa) and Debra Jackson (Guy) of Wellsville; her brother Richard Allen; her half-brother Lelon Allen (Shirley); her grandchildren, Tabitha Jachlewski (Mark), Rachel Wells (John), Nathanael Cline (Erinnae), Deborah Cline, Timothy Cline (Amy), Jason Cline, Megan Fanelli (Michael), Jerad Cline, Andrew Cline (Ashleigh), Carissa Jackson and Jennifer Henry (Justin); her great grandchildren, Atley, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Brenda, Luca, Wrigley, Ripken, Logan, Braedyn and Colin; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Carney and Eleanor Harrison.
