It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie D. Balch Sr. (Wellsville, New York), born in Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Balch and Bernice Balch (Jordan); and his daughter Dawn Balch. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Balch; his children, Dean Balch (Vanessa), Robert Balch (Brenda), Candy Williams (Mark), Nikki Wilbur and Alie Balch; and his siblings, Larry, Danny and Sharon. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
