She is survived by: her spouse Therald Hackett (Bud); her children, Michael Childs (Shelley) of California and Karla Hills (Alan) of Wellsville; and also, Michael of New York City, Mitch of New York City, Jake of New York City, Cory of Friendship, Tiffany of Wellsville and Valerie of Houghton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
