He was predeceased by: his parents, William Browning and Louise Wesche Browning; and his stepdaughter Michelle Plummer. He is survived by: his former wife Beverly Susan "Sue" Browning of Wellsville; his son Brendon L. Browning (Wendy) of Leesburg, GA; his grandsons, Luke and Logan; and his stepson Michael Plummer of San Diego, CA.
