He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Skip" Monroe and Sandra Monroe (Graves). He is survived by: his wife Mary Mallory; his sons, Terrence Monroe (Stacy) of Andover and Matthew Monroe (Jamie) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Aubree, Makaila and Ryan Monroe; his sisters, Cheryl Carlin (Roger) of Tennessee and Mindy Peters (Dan) of Wellsville; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn, Roger Mallory and Peggy Stallworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
