She was predeceased by: her parents, William Duane and Shirley Joan Patterson Allen; her daughter Thelma Cwiklinski; and her granddaughter Ana Stasha Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Johanson of Norway; her children, Shawna Cwiklinski (Edward Black, Jr.) of Wellsville and Stanley "Josh" Cwiklinski, IV of Wellsville; her grandsons, Noah, Gabriel, Elijah and King; and her brothers, William "Bill" Allen of Whitesville, Steven D. Allen (Nancy Wyant) of Jasper and Charles Haxton of Cook, MN. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
