Artlip of Wellsville, New York, born in Belmont, New York, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anson Daniel and Margaret Hile Chapman; her husband James B. Artlip; her son Bernell A. "Bernie" Artlip (Jaquelynn) of Stannards; her grandchildren, Tonia Braddock of Post Falls, ID and Mindi Artlip of Bradenton, FL; her siblings, Sharon Johnson (John) of Aberdeen, WA, Donald Chapman (Norma) of Mills, PA and C. Lance Chapman (Linda) of Pendleton, OR; her close friend Richard O. Bartlett; and her brother Dane A. Chapman. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
