She was predeceased by: her parent Robert "Bob" S.; and her aunts and uncles, Robert Hackett, Harry Hackett, Clair Hackett, Gerald Hackett, Carlus Hackett, Marjorie Furman (Therold) and Mayfred Russell (Reuben).
She is survived by: her parent Ruth L. Mulvey (Hackett); her spouse George E. Hlavaty; her daughter Jennifer M. McNally (Sean) of Alexandria; and her grandson Patrick McNally.
