He is survived by: his wife Nancy Anderson; his children, Jerome J. Hart II and Elizabeth Ann Hart; his siblings, Ellen Wartella (Bob) of Oneida, NY, Kathleen Godfrey (Pat), Nora Burdick (Craig), Gabrielle Ewell (Rich) of Wellsville, Margaret Reuter (Mark) of Denver, CO, Thomas Hart (Cindy) of Pittsburgh, PA, Colin Hart of Fredonia, NY, Jonathan Hart (Dawn) of Grand Island, NY, Joseph Hart (Christy) of Wellsville and Denise; and his brother-in-law John Richardson of Boalsburg, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
