He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Claude Finch and Irene Nettie Mastin; and his wife Sarah N. Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Loretta Bartlett of Wellsville; his stepchildren, Angelique Wolfanger and James Cushman of Wellsville; and his friend Donald Patterson of Bolivar. He is also survived by siblings; nieces and nephews.
