He was predeceased by: his siblings, John L. Connor, Michael P. Connor and Mary Ellen Hart. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Karen C. Ayoub (David) of Manlius, Kelley A. Phillips (Steven Morasse) of Vista, CA and James J. Connor Jr. of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Nicole L. Phillips, Megan W. O'Carroll (Matthew), Hannah R. Phillips, Kileigh G. Phillips (Daniela Larranaga Hetz), David A. Ayoub Jr., Grace A. Ayoub, Gretchen M. Ayoub, Elle K. Connor and James J. Connor III; and his great grandchildren, Jordan R. O'Carroll and Faye P. O'Carroll.
