Jake C. Mattison Obituary

He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Mattison. He is survived by: his parents, Mark D. Mattison (Jo Anne Fenske) and Stacey Mattison (Smith); his brothers, Mark Mattison of Wellsville, Wesley Mattison (Carla Fanton) of Wellsville and Chase Mattison (Liz) of Wellsville; his pets, Bailey and Molly; and his close friend Katie Harris. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
