He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodrow Bilby and Helen Bilby (Dixon); his wife Sandra Gray; his grandfather Concessions; his daughters, Michelle Seamans (Martin) of Olean and Helen Bilby of Wellsville; his granddaughter Aubree Seamans; his siblings, Robert Bilby (Tammy), Lonnie Bilby (Nikki), Clyde Bilby, Floyd Bilby (Donna), Fred Bilby, Frank Bilby (Debra), Lena Bilby and Mable (Bruce Weber); his sister-in-law Joyce Bilby; and his brothers, John, William "Bill" and Woodrow "Woody". He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
