He was predeceased by: his parents, Hall Hall and Helen Hall (Rogers); his wife Arlene Lewis; his siblings, Roger Hall and Nancy Coleman (Hall); his brother-in-law Hugh Coleman; his nephew Thomas "Tommy" Coleman; and his great-nephew David Stoddard.
He is survived by: his children, William Hall (Jane) and Hollie Hall (Todd Nelson); and his stepdaughters, Diane Bledsoe (Kellogg), Shirley Cramer (Kellogg), Patricia Johnson (Kellogg) and Nancy Whatley (Kellogg). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
