He is survived by: his children, Howard Stives Jr., Tracy Kozlowski (David) and Jennifer Stives (Arturo Ross); his stepdaughter Tonya Skiver; his grandchildren, Madison, Michael Kozlowski, Torry Stives, Damani, Trevor and Asia'na Crolle; his sibling Terry Stives (Connie); his brother-in-law Leland Winchell Sr.; his nephews, Leland, Jr., Charles Winchell and Danny Stives (Jenny Dahill); and his niece Brandy.
