Herman left this world on September 21, 2024 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman P. Sr. Rouse and Margaret Rouse (Starks); his siblings, Ronald Rouse, Barbara Armstrong and Jerry Breeding; and his nephew Jason Rouse.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Rouse (Lisa) of Round Rock, TX, Michael Deming (Samie) of Almond, Cherish Deming of Bradford, PA and Margaret Duell (David) of Shinglehouse, PA; his grandchildren, Brianna, Hunter, Payeton, Abigail, Skyelar, William, Nevaeh, Colten and Kinsley; and his siblings, Bonnie Glass of Illinois, Joyce Burns (Steve "Doc") of Wellsville, Beverly Sanchez of Wellsville, Debra Kunselman of Pennsylvania, Rick Rouse (Cindy) of Wellsville, Donny Clemons (Kelly) of Andover, Sheri, Alex, Mikayla and Makinley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grant Duke Hose Firehouse (80 Stevens, Wellsville, NY 14895).
