The memory of Hattie Moore-Slough of Wellsville, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Charles and Edna Mae Higgins Dunbar; her spouse Marlin L. Slough; her son-in-law John McDevitt; and her brothers, Robert Dunbar and Phillip Dunbar.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Beckhorn (Tom) of Rochester, Linda McDevitt of North Situate, RI and Phillip Moore (Agnes) of Ardmore, TN; and her brother Dorr Dunbar of Holland. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Cremation, Crowell Chapel (296 N Main St, Wellsville, NY 14895). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (276 S Main St, Wellsville, NY 14895).
