He is survived by: his wife Barbara C. Cook; his daughter Brenda VanBuskirk (Jack) of Andover; his grandchildren, Samuel Lamphier-VanBuskirk (Miranda Haramia) of Chula Vista, CA, Kailee Alfieri (Teddy) of Niceville, FL and Angela Corkey (Tim) of Alfred; his sister-in-law Anne Overholt of Tonawanda; and his cousin Susan Hartman.
