Chipman Jr. of Wellsville, New York, born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Chipman and Jean D. Kates Chipman. He is survived by: his children, George Chipman, III of Warwick, RI, Phillip Chipman of Warwick, RI and Amanda L. Chipman; his siblings, Susan Wardlow of Wellsville, Jean Jackson, Gavin Bartlett and James Bartlett; his niece Amber Wardlow; his nephew Raymond Wardlow; and his close friend Midge VanEtten of Wellsville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
