Smith of Wellsville, New York, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William and Eva Mae Rogers Smith; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his sister Ella Mae Haxton of Wellsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
