She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Billings and Alice Scott Billings; her husband John L. Spicer; her sisters, Eleanor Howe and Betty Coats; and her sister-in-law Margaret Billings.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Neal (Charles) of Wellsville, John Spicer Jr. of Wellsville and Jennifer Sorochin (Adam) of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Holli, Ben Polselli, Seth, Joshua, Justin Spicer, Kristi Neal, Alvin Leath, Craig Neal (Currie), Scott McMorris (Rachel), Gabrielle Sorochin and Hunter Payne; her great grandchildren, Vada, Milo Spicer, Nora, Rowan, Milo Leith, Logen and Lydia Neal; and her brother Roger Billings of Hallsport. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
