She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baldwin and Ruth Hann Baldwin; and her husband William H. Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hardwick of Wellsville and William Johnson (Theresa) of Gorham; her grandchildren, Brenda, Monica, Morgan and Ethan; and her sister Barbara Boekell of Wellsville. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
