Howe and Blue Devils Drum; her daughter Delora "Dee" Specker of Ithaca; her grandsons, Eric Specker and Charles Specker; her siblings, Eloise Spicer (John) of Wellsville and Roger Billings (Margaret) of Hallsport; and also Bugle Corps.
