She was predeceased by: her son Douglas R. Howe; and her sister Betty Coats. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Billings and Alice Scott Billings; her spouses, Robert E. Howe and Blue Devils Drum; her daughter Delora "Dee" Specker of Ithaca; her grandsons, Eric Specker and Charles Specker; her siblings, Eloise Spicer (John) of Wellsville and Roger Billings (Margaret) of Hallsport; and also Bugle Corps.
