C., Laura Pielow (Mike) of Wellsville, David Burns (Billie) of Andover, Daniel Burns of Salisbury, N. C., Linda Derrick (Shawn) of Wellsville, Douglas Burns (Laura) of New London, N. C., Dale Burns (Amy) of Wellsville, Dane Burns (Neva) of New London, N. C. and Darin Burns (Michele) of Mt. Pleasant, N. C.; his brother William Burns of Villa Rica; his grandchildren, Angela Preston (Nathan), Nicholas Burns (Janel), Gillian Pielow, Alicia Krol (Steve), Sarah Castano (Brian), Jason Burns (Laurah), Matt Burns (Maci Lloyd), Rebecca Burns, Rachael Burns, Renae Burns, Ryan Burns, Danielle Marrow (Matt), Dustin Burns (Mandy), Amanda Haygood (Thomas), Alexa Michalenko (Jason), Ben Burns, Olivia Burns, Natalie Burns, Megan Burns, Lauren Burns, Zachery Burns, Jennifer Burns, Clay Burns, Emily Burns, Joshua Burns, Elizabeth Burns, Jack Burns, Eliza Burns, Zoe Burns, Avery Burns, Ari Burns and Jude Burns; his great grandchildren, Eloise Preston, Madeleine Burns, Fiona Burns, Max Krol, Alex Krol, Leo Castano, Hattie Marrow, Hewitt Marrow, Sawyer Burns, Leighton Burns, Finley Burns, Hopelynn Haygood and Ezra Haygood; his sister-in-law Joan Burns; and his great grandchild Hope Preston. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to the social distancing requirements, there will be a time of visitation on Sunday (Nov. 22) from 2-5 p. m. at Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Wellsville.
