He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Mack and Edith Mae Cutler Mack; and his son Scott M. Mack. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Armstrong; his children, Patrick Mack (John King) of Montrose, CO, Thressa Cody of Belmont, Robert Mack of Wellsville, Melissa Billings (Kevin) of Belmont, Stanley Mack (Nicole) of Belmont and Elizabeth Mack of Belmont; and his siblings, Kenneth Mack, Gary Mack, Daniel Mack, David Mack, Jacqueline Schoonover and Cheryl Windsor.
