He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Hall and Dorothy J. Rarick Hall; and his brothers, Ronald Hall and Vernon Hall. He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Winans; his children, Crystal Childs of Olean, Melissa Gardner (Ronald) of Friendship, Cassie Dennis (Michael) of Canisteo and Curtis Hall (Sara Brassell) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Wade, Ronald Jr., Bethany, Damien, Derric, Tristan, Logan, Adriana, Marissa, Makayla, Hunter and Lyric; and his siblings, Dennis Hall of Alma, Glenn Hall (Cindy) of Alma, Gloria Hamlin (Bill) of Wellsville, Diane Caward (Loren) of Andover and Denise Perkins of Cuba.
