He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey A. Slingerland and Edith Louise Pomeroy Slingerland; and his siblings, Harvey Alfred Slingerland and Donna Niver. He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Frailey; his daughters, Marcia Bachelor (Gary) of Celoron and Regina Crofut (John) of Troy, PA; his grandchildren, Emily Halladay (Tom) of Wellsville and Micah Whitehouse of Wellsville; his great grandchild Akiva; and his siblings, Lyle R. Slingerland of Wellsville, Elmer C. Slingerland of Genesee and Vonda Burnside.
