He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herman and Eveleth Pedersen Hancher; and his brothers, Lee Hancher and Roger Hancher. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie E. Hallett; his children, Debra Hancher (Richard), Cynthia Pepper (John) of Balston Spa, Elizabeth Nelson of Ocean Isle, NC, Lawrence Eugene Hallett (Anna) of Millinocket, ME and Lauri Kristine Drake (Donald) of Wellsville; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Regan, Daniel, Markessa, Olivia, Annalise, Corinne, Sarah of Lauren, C. J. and Allison. He is also survived by great-grandchild on the way; nieces and nephews.
