He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kotch and Marguerite Kotch (Robbins); and his siblings, Carol Ann Kotch and Dennis Kotch. He is survived by: his sister Merry Pangborn (Donald) of Jamestown; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Kotch of Frewsburg, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
