He was predeceased by: his parents, Bayard Haskins and Victoria Haskins; his siblings, Daniel Haskins and Mary Atkinson; and his aunt Bertha K. Haskins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Haskins; and also, Dave, Nancy Lazar (Jay) of Bethlehem Pa, Thomas Haskins (Kristina) of Richmond Va, William Haskins (Robin) of Port St, Anne Schettine of Bemus Point, NY and Mark T. Haskins of Wellsville, NY. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
