He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Payne and Virginia Payne (Liesegang); his son David Payne; and his brothers, Daniel and Gary Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Ruprich (Brian) of Naperville, IL, Steven Payne (Stephanie) of Sedley, VA, Joseph Payne, Frank Payne (Amanda) and Brittany Payne of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily Ruprich, Chris Payne, Autem Payne, David Payne, Kalie Payne, Alyssa Payne and Trent Payne; his great grandchild Kasen; and his brothers, Doug Payne (Holly) of Brockport, Skip Payne (Barb) of Clearwater, FL, Erik Payne and Breanna Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
