He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Belle McElheny and Charles Daniel Fuller; and his brother David Fuller. He is survived by: his spouse Sharlet Fuller (Bly) of Old Fort, OH.; his sibling-in-law Sharlet Bly Fuller; his niece Mary S. Finocchiaro of Rochester; his nephews, James D. Fuller of Wellsville and Charles D. Fuller II of Towson, MD.; and his grandchildren, Daniel B. Fuller of Canandaigua, Mia Fuller of Wellsville, James Fuller, Jr. of Andover and Vivienne Fuller of Towson, MD..
