She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hunt and Eva Marjorie Hunt (Barth); her husband James H. Whitfield; her son James H. Whitfield Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth (Ken Thursam), Gertrude (Raymond Peaslee), Geraldine (Louis Morin), Helyne (Charles Remmel), Dorothy, Rose Hunt and Harold Hunt, Jr..

She is survived by: her son William Whitfield (Cathleen) of Scio; her granddaughters, Jennifer Turybury (Steven) of Wellsville, Theresa Kelly (Rachel) of Ontario, Canada, Meghan Washer (Tony) of Wellsville and Caitlin Whitfield of Scio; and her great grandchildren, Evan Turybury, Makenzie Turybury, Emma Washer, Madelyn Washer and Hannah Washer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
