He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Whitesell and Florence Whitesell (Jackson); and his pet Buster. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Theoclitus; his daughters, T. Laureen Perkins and Carleen Whitesell; his stepdaughter Darla Williams; his son Ricky Rouse (Stacey); and his siblings, Laurel and Lewis Sinsabange. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
